This is the part of winter where those of us with limited beer space realize that our fridge/cupboard/closet is filled with all the wonderful beers of winter (imperial stouts, barley wines, strong Belgian ales) and there is no possible way to drink them all before warmer weather arrives (not that it ever really got cold in Toronto this year). For those of us without cellars, it is a great excuse to drink a lot of fabulous beers!
