Last Thursday I was lucky enough to head down to Amsterdam for a brew day with their head brewer, Iain McOustra. We were making a special beer for Toronto Beer Week, but that’s all I will say for now. I had the opportunity to brew with Iain last year, but the Amsterdam pilot system had undergone a little upgrade during the past twelve months. I’ll have more info on the beer in the coming months, but our fingers are crossed that it will be something very special.
