Ontario Craft Beer Week has begun, but here’s a quick update on one event and one late addition:
- The list of beers available for Bar Volo‘s BelgOntario feature were released: Beau’s Matt’s Sleepy Time Belgian Imperial Stout, Beau’s/Koningshoeven Vrienden Wit, Black Oak Summer Saison, Grand River Ploegers Vlaams Rood, Mike Duggan #10 Trappist, Mill St. Betelgeuse Tripel, Mill St. Belgian Wit, Nickelbrook Belgian Dubbel, Nickelbrook Organic Wit, Publican House Eight or Better Tripel and Guests (Koningshoeven Quadrupel, Unibroue Trois Pistoles and Unibroue Ephemere Cassis). Starts tonight and runs through the week or as supplies last.
- Troy Burtch (Great Canadian Pubs & Beer) and Cass Enright (founder of The Bar Towel) are hosting a Toronto pub crawl on Wednesday night. The first bar is the Victory Cafe, beginning at 6:30. The crawl is free (minus the beers) and there are prizes to be won. Full details at GCP&B. An RSVP e-mail is Troy or Cass is apparently needed, so don’t forget to send that off.
